The staff was AMIABLE, the room was new-fashioned, everything was great. Liked the room with window to exterior, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had great location minutes away from Temple of the Jade Mountain.

During my stay at Aquarius Grand, I was impressed by the convenient and helpful staff. The receptionist warmly greeted me upon arrival and provided me with all the necessary information about the famous tourist spots in the area. Thanks to their recommendation, I booked the V Spirit Premiere Cruise for my Halong Bay tour, which turned out to be an amazing experience. I believe it was definitely worth the money I paid. I highly recommend Aquarius Grand for its excellent staff and assistance.

Clean room, In a good location. Huge bed and good wifi in the room. Also the bathroom was clean and modern. We paid 29 dollar a night.
No hot water the second morning. When we wanted to go to sleep and turned out the light it kept on flashing. We had to turn all the electrics off to stop it. Wich wasnt easy because the thing where you put the key in was stuck. Breakfast was a bit poor. Also the toilet wasn't flushing.

Close to shopping location and tourist attraction
Tricky tour package offer. Hotel staff is not willing to accept your complaints or feedback when you discoverd that what they quoted you is not consistent with what you actually got from that tour package. It was our mistake that did not ask them to write down all offers into the tour paperwork to prove the deal.
